Hollywood fans worldwide, tens of thousands of ever more difficult to find
titles via the various video formats of vhs cassette, laserdisc or dvd. Our in
stock inventory is continuously added to via new format or interesting edition
releases. New rare factory studio items are continuously sought, and when found
are added to our collection, in their original package, seals unbroken.
Our previously viewed inventory is continuously upgraded
via its packaging, and as always, the video content is quality
checked prior
to cataloging, and public availability. Our never released anywhere
collection is made available for sale with the guarantee that what
is offered is the very best print known currently to exist. You
have our guarantee that we will continuously strive to upgrade
prints
as they become available to us.
We also guarantee that if you purchase
an item from this collection, and keep your original online receipt,
we will make available for only the standard shipping fee, any
upgraded print of that specific title for life. Although customer
satisfaction
is sought in every transaction, reality dictates that a strict
Return Policy must be maintained to protect our services from
the abuse
of a few opportunists who would take advantage of us. On video
related items when said item is determined to be to flawed in
its video content
(not packaging) due to a physical defect prior to shipment, only
exchanges for same item are accepted, if available in house or
attainable. If the video item is determined flawed, prior to
shipping to a customer,
and is unattainable because of its scarcity, a full credit for
monies paid will be honored. If the defect is determined to be
inflicted
by customer upon their initial viewing of item, then no remuneration
is in order. If the purchased item is determined to have an equipment
compatibility issue, like VCR "tracking" irregularities,
replacement of same item will be made upon original item's return,
or if not obtainable, an in house credit of monies paid will be issued
toward purchase of other merchandise from our 50,000+ collection.
This last allowance of exchange for a different item purchased will
be allowed on a case by case basis, so as to determine that no abuse
of policy has occurred.
This policy is long standing, in order to
avoid those buyers who would purchase, make a copy, complain
about the original item's playback quality, and return the item
for credit.
We wish we could be more lenient in this policy, but because
video can easily be duplicated, and the number of occurrences of
abuse in the past, we must be
firm in this issue. On individual
case by case situations, where an exchange is determined not
to be
the solution, credit for monies paid will be allowed, less
restock and administrative fees. These fees may range up to $10
for apparently
unopened product or up to $20 for opened, apparently viewed
product. Packaging of previously viewed product is continuously
upgraded,
but may not be without its faults. Exchanges for the same content
item in different packaging may be allowed on a case by case
basis. Issues on packaging flaws is not considered reason for monetary
refunds.
